  2. Thanks for all your great content, Carl! Just want to recommend a book that could help with marathon training motivation, “What I Talk About When I Talk About Running” by the excellent author Haruki Murakami (also equally inspiring in terms of writing motivation!)

  3. Mine is to write at least 1,000 words each and every day, be it website content or stories. I just need to get into the habit of writing every day!

  4. I’m in.
    My goal is to do a small but meaningful random act of kindness for those I encounter, especially friends and family. I.e., call a friend; see how they’re holding up with Covid. Socially distanced of course.

  5. Definitely the Golden 10 for my 30 Day Challenge. This makes such a huge difference to 'my next day' when I do complete it but more than often I just hit a wall at the end of the day and close things down. Not for the next 30 days though!!

  6. I am going to put a couple of things in a Habit Tracker, starting with get up 30minutes earlier and do my 30Min me time before tending to work and other peoples tasks.

  8. Reading! I used to read nearly every day and I could tell I benefited from it. Last few months I read maybe once a week. So 30 days of reading (at least 30 minutes) for April!

  10. Yes! I want to drop 20 pounds by the end of May. I think a good 30 day challenge would be to jog first thing in the morning everyday for 30 minutes. I see you have an Apple Watch, what to you set your daily move goal to? A good motivation tool in the Apple Watch rings is the friend challenge. Most of my friends don’t have it. 😆
