Honestly, and i love Julian's sanders and friends research on this, but hcmc goal is to just get a payout from PM, licensing, or royalties.. sharing that PM was bsing the the FDA can lock up any future payment collections from PM for pushing the patent. Hcmc isn't making money on that patent right now, so it would hurt hcmc and us investors I would think if the FDA got in wind of this news. Could FDA shut this product down? What do you think? I would hope PM would just settle to keep this news quiet. 440 is the magic number that might back fire on everyone.
